Create or update a profile
Choose Create a free profile to register. Once signed in, open My Profile and choose Edit profile to update your details. Use Photos to manage your images and their approval status.
Save a profile or express interest
Save keeps a profile in your shortlist. Select Saved again to remove it. Express interest sends a contact request; incoming and sent interests are available from Interests in the menu. An accepted interest unlocks contact details. Chat also depends on your plan.
Photo not displaying?
Open My Profile, then Photos, to check the image and its status. If the issue continues, email support with the profile and a description of what you see. Do not email identity documents or passwords.
Unwanted contact or a concerning profile
Use Block on the member profile to stop contact. For a concern you cannot resolve in the app, email support@bharatcouples.com with the profile reference and relevant details.
Account, payment or technical help
Email support@bharatcouples.com. Include your account email, the page you were using and any error message. For payments, include the transaction reference. Never share your password, one-time codes or full card details.
